Yesterday ABC and CBS released their mid-season plans, today the CW and NBC have done so. The only real news from NBC's release is that the network has, not surprisingly, given the Feb. 1 post-Super Bowl slot to "The Office." And on Feb. 2, "Chuck" will return with its special 3-D episode, alongside the new "volume" of "Heroes." A few other quick notes: The Amy Poehler comedy that "Office" writers are working on is still unscheduled. (Trivia buffs among you may recall that at NBC's TCA press conference last summer, NBC co-chair Ben Silverman said there would be two projects...
